Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver to all cities in Pakistan by courier.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over Rs 900. Orders of Rs 900 or less have a Rs 200 delivery charge.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–5 working days.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
Can I order on WhatsApp?
Yes. Message 0314-5680164 with the lens name and your power.
Lenses and power
Are your lenses original?
Yes. We sell original, sealed stock only. Ask us on WhatsApp if you want to see the box or batch details first.
Do you have coloured lenses with power?
Yes, for many shades. On the product page, choose the lens type and the power for each eye. Which powers are available depends on the brand.
How do I know my power?
Use the contact lens power from your eye-care professional’s prescription. A glasses prescription is not always the same as a contact lens prescription, so if you only have one for glasses, ask your eye-care professional.
How should I look after my lenses?
Wash your hands before touching your lenses, keep them in fresh solution, and don’t share them. Our lens care page has the details. If your eyes hurt or turn red, take the lenses out and see an eye-care professional.
Returns
Can I return lenses?
Unopened lenses can be returned within 3 days of delivery. The seal must not be broken. Lenses can’t be exchanged once the seal is opened.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Check the parcel before you accept it from the courier. If it is torn, damaged or leaking, don’t accept it and tell us on WhatsApp.

Yes. Our shop is at P-1350 Main Chowk, Kartar Pura, Rawalpindi, near Asghar Mall. Open every day 11 am – 9 pm, Friday 4 pm – 9 pm.
