Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan with PostEx. Most orders arrive in 2–5 working days.
- You pay cash on delivery.
- Delivery is free on orders over Rs 900. Orders of Rs 900 or less have a Rs 200 delivery charge.
- Please check the parcel for damage or leaks before you accept it. If it’s torn or damaged, don’t accept it, and message us on WhatsApp at 0314-5680164. We can’t take responsibility for a damaged parcel once it has been accepted.
- If delivery fails twice, we may charge the delivery cost or not send the order again.
Returns and refunds
- You can return unopened lenses within 3 days of delivery. The seal must not be broken.
- For hygiene and safety, we can’t take back lenses once the seal is opened, and that includes wanting a different colour after trying them.
- To return lenses, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, then send them back by courier to our shop: P-1350 Main Chowk, Kartar Pura, Rawalpindi.
- We refund the full price of the lenses within 3–5 working days after the returned lenses reach us, by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Delivery charges are not refunded.
- Lenses made to special order can’t be returned or exchanged.
- We can’t replace lenses damaged by handling, for example scratched lenses or lenses kept in old solution.
Eyesight (power) lenses
- Please give us your exact prescription when you order. We supply the power you ask for.

- We don’t send samples or testers by courier.
- We can only help with orders placed with LensPK: on lenspk.com, on WhatsApp or at our shop.
