Terms

  • Rs. 200 will be charged extra if the order is less than Rs. 5000.
  • Lenses will not be exchanged once the seal is opened due to safety and health reasons.
  • The customer should check the parcel for damage and leakage before receiving it. If it is ripped or damaged in any way, the customer should not accept it from the courier service. Lenspk.com will not be responsible for the damaged products if the customer accepts a damaged parcel.
  • If the parcel has been failed to be successfully delivered twice then Lenspk.com reserves the right to charge for delivery or to refuse delivery
  • In the case of a refund, we reserve the right to return only 90% of the total price apart from the delivery charges.
  • A detailed and accurate prescription is to be provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
  • If the customer wants to return the package, he will send back the lenses to the head office through courier service. He will get a refund when the warehouse receives the package.
  • Lenspk.com will not be responsible for replacing the lenses if they are poorly handled, for example, they have scratches or the solution has not been changed on time.
  • The customers can claim a refund if it causes irritation or any other similar problem. It has to be returned within a week of purchase to claim a refund. Also, proof of the problem will be required in that case.
  • The request for a refund or exchange of lenses won’t be entertained if the customer wants to change the color of the lenses after using them.
  • We do not provide samples and testers through courier.
  • Lenspk.com is not responsible for the purchases made in other online stores and outlets.
  • Lenses cannot be refunded or exchanged if they have been made on special order.
  • Before using the lenses, kindly read the precautions page to know how to properly care for them.
